ROLE PROFILE
Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager - Marketing

Resumes are invited for a fantastic opportunity to work with the flagship brand of Indias foremost real estate organization. You will be tasked with assisting the brand managers in developing the marketing strategy for the brand as well as owning and managing various activations that define the brands positioning in the market at a BTL level. Its non- negotiable that the successful candidate will have an extensive track record of achievement from nimble-footed consumer facing businesses or agencies and be able to show an exceptional level of understanding in marketing. The incumbent will be amongst the key members of the marketing organization.

This role will lead the innovation & launch/ activation agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds. It will involve working on BTL activations, agency management, digital marketing, designing communication etc.

The candidate will also be responsible for a very unique project: that of driving the liveability at Indias fastest growing city by leveraging the existing amenities to attract new residents to stay there on lease. The groups leasing arm has to grow, both in width and depth and the candidate will be driving the marketing for the same.

Leadership Responsibilities
Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stakeholders
Leading various activations with agencies and other vendors
Owning and monitoring the marketing budget for activations
Purpose of Role
The opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & challenging. This role will require strong strategic and execution skills, as it will lead the thinking on strategy, consumer initiatives, and planning, for the brand. A key part of this role is to ensure the use of creative excellence, and disciplined execution, project leadership and management. The ability to navigate through key stakeholders within the organization will be necessary for success and traction. As a key business stakeholder you will also be the repository of learning for future opportunities, on which brand manager will lean on for development of activation strategies.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities (a) Marketing activation execution- managing vendors and agencies

(b) Project management executing activations within timelines and adherence to budget

(c) Brand messaging via multiple touch points- creating content for customers that can be deployed in the form of collaterals while adhering with the brand guidelines (most desired real estate brand in Mumbai as per syndicated research by a top research firm and also the no.1 spender in the RE category)

(d) Providing thought leadership in expanding the business of the leasing arm and then executing the various plans ensure the same is done Qualifications and Experience Required
Candidates currently working with best FMCG, consumer durables, automobiles or other consumer facing businesses or working with PR, events and BTL activation agencies. Candidates should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches, project management, anchoring research & consumer insights, exposure to brand management practices, proven marketing strategy execution capabilities. Also, should be able to create/ use existing repository of content on brands and create marketing communication which can be easily consumed by channels, sales, consumers via collateral like brochures, pamphlets etc.
