Personal Secretary cum Business Co-ordinator

The candidate will be trained in every aspect of business like secretarial functions, strategy planning and designing, business operational management, human resources management, business development etc.

Business meetings, field work and travelling (India and International) involved. Candidates are responsible for smooth business operations, co-ordination between departments and also for business development of the group.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE (ON SITE WORK)
the job profile majorly involves:
co-ordination between all divisions and departments of the group
preparing various business reports in summary/ dash board and reporting to CEO
reminders to the CEO regarding pending works
interactions and negotiations with clients
handling the tour program including all itinerary and streamlining business meetings and appointments of the CEO
verification and pre-approval of bills and other letters that requires final approval of the CEO
handling and verifying the documents, agreements, quotations and other business related communications before the final approval of the CEO
representing CEO in meetings along with other senior members, in the absence of the CEO
handling the official mails of the CEO and replying to the mails
assisting the CEO in all business related works and tours

THIS JOB INVOLVES DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.

This is absolutely a RESULT ORIENTED JOB  with TURN-AROUND-TIME commitments. Candidates should have excellent communication skill in English and with good knowledge in social media networks.

Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. special allowances when allotted overseas On-site projects
