Engineering Assistant Trainee /Junior Assistant recruitment in Bharat Electronics Ltd. on permanent basis for its Bengaluru Unit

Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)Trade / Chemical- Bengaluru 3 Posts (UR – 1 OBC – 1 SC – 1), Electronics - Mumbai UR -1 ,Port Blair - 2 (UR – 1 ST - 1)

Qualification: 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering

Correspondence course in Diploma shall not be considered as recognized qualification as per AICTE norms. Minimum percentage of marks is 60% marks (aggregate of all years) for General / OBC candidates and 50 % marks (aggregate of all years) for SC/ ST / PWD candidates.

Grade/ Career Path/ Pay Scale: Rs. 10000/- stipend initial 6 months. WG-VII / CP-VI Rs.10050-3% - 25450/- + admissible allowance .

Junior Assistant/ 7 Posts Bengaluru (UR – 3 OBC – 2 SC – 1 ST – 1)

Qualification: 3 years full time Diploma in Commercial Practice + Knowledge in Computer Operation Diploma (Commercial Practice)

Minimum percentage of marks is 60% marks (aggregate of all years) for General / OBC candidates and 50 % marks (aggregate of all years) for SC/ ST / PWD candidates.

Grade/ Career Path/ Pay Scale:  WG-IV / CP-V Rs.8740-3% - 22150/- + admissible allowance

Knowledge of Kannada and registration in any of the Employment Exchanges of Karnataka is preferable for the postings to Bengaluru.

Age Limit : Upper age as on 01.03.2017 should be 28 years for General, 31 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) and 33 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Methodology: The candidates meeting the criteria will be shortlisted for the selection process. The selection process will comprise of written test for 150 marks.

The eligible candidates will be required to appear for written tests (Objective type) consisting of: Part I: General Aptitude: 50 marks – comprises of general mental ability and aptitude to logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge. Part II: Technical Aptitude: 100 marks – consists of Technical/Professional Knowledge Test with 100 questions having specific questions from respective discipline.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to remit an amount of Rs. 300/- towards application fee. SC/ST/PWD/Ex Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
