Customer Support Executive Jobs in Bangalore - Myntra


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good Listening skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Target orientated.
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments. Door to door pick and drop will be provided for login and logout between 8 pm to 8 am.
  • Need to work 6 days a week. Weekly day off can be on any day during the week.


  • Handling incoming calls for Voice profiles
  • Responding to E mails from customers for non voice profiles
  • Handling Email communication with support functions
  • Customer relationship management.

EXPERIENCE : Fresher or with experience up to 2 years.
PUC and above can apply
