* Should provide 24/7 support voice based Infrastructure Management.
* Candidate must be flexible in working rotational shifts – (Includes Night shifts).
* Must have a demonstrated of a high level of commitment to service quality and teamwork within the unit/department.
* Must be adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance which result in a satisfactory audit rating.
* Should resolves issues & roadblocks in execution and timely escalation to managers
* Should also provide accelerated response to the executive users within the customer organization
* Candidate with knowledge on BMC remedy will be preferred.
