NP are actively seeking a self-motivated and professional Senior GRC Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing top rated Software-as-a-Service company that specialise in IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance solutions.

The Senior GRC Sales Manager will be an influential force in shaping the US sales operation and developing the GRC sales team.

We are seeking a consultative, articulate new business hunter with a proven track record of qualification sales within the GRC market.

The role

The Senior Manager will be responsible for business development across the US and also managing existing clients and their requirements. This will be achieved by developing a successful sales team whilst also being an individual contributor to the businesses success. The Senior Manager will build the brand of this GRC SaaS Company across the US and win new business from other leading suppliers to increase their client base and portfolio.

The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced sales professional with demonstrated success of winning new business and managing existing accounts. It is essential that the candidate have an extensive track record of closing large scale enterprise software deals both professional services and products within the GRC space.

There is also a requirement for an in depth knowledge of the enterprise risk management market, understanding competitors, market trends, vendors and various tools.

Requirements

A demonstrable success of driving large scale fee generation and promoting the growth of new business
A strong knowledge of the GRC and Enterprise Management software market
Possess a strong and aggressive sales approach with a driven and successful track record Be comfortable dealing with Senior Stakeholders and executive level clients
Experience of managing and building an successful sales team
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Strong team player and self-starter attitude
Strong planning and communication skills
