Requirements


  • Arrive at the JetShuttle to set up and pleasantly greet guests
  • Breakdown all JetSmarter props and setup
  • Excellent customer service and a sharp appearance
  • Act as an informational liaison for guests telling them about what the city has to offer and great spots to check out
  • Identify opportunities to retain members and increase member satisfaction
  • Coordinate travel related concierge services in-flight and on the ground, including but not limited to: arranging hotel reservations, catering requests, transportation booking, dining/entertainment reservations, and special requests
  • Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guests satisfaction
  • Anticipate members needs and proactively provide refined luxury service
  • Maintain positive member relations at all times by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
  • Responsible for entering new member data into CRM system
  • Maintain complete confidentially with member information
  • Light travel may be required
  • Report directly to Head of Member Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Hospitality, Management or related field
  • Aviation Industry knowledge, Flight Attendant experience preferred
  • 1+ years experience in client service, concierge, hospitality, and/or member relations
  • Thrives in fast-paced, always evolving environment
  • Experience working with high-level clients
  • Must be fluent in English language including excellent spelling and grammar
  • Experience working in a Customer Service environment answering high volumes of inquiries via phone and/or email highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Routinely handle objects weighing up to 25 lbs and on occasion may be expected to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
