Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar helpdesk supervisor or lead role
- Ability to communicate with others in a clear, understandable and professional manner on the phone, via email or chat with demonstrated use of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; and to work on multiple projects and prioritize those projects based on importance without direction
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ambition, strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Excellent human relation skills with a customer focus approach
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Products
- Financial Services/Industry experience a plus
- Solid knowledge of internet and internet-based applications
- Ability to work in a constantly-changing environment
