IT Support Technician

NetEffect LLC is expanding! We need multiple IT SUPPORT TECHNICIANS to join our Team!


Performs multi-site, multi-platform advanced technical and systemic troubleshooting, and administrative work in the installation, maintenance/upgrades and monitoring of new and existing network, processing and storage systems. This includes but is not limited to workstations, peripherals, servers, storage solutions, virtualization systems, and intranet. Provides second level support and expertise to users and first level technicians as required through escalation of incidents or technical tasks in support of projects as needed.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCSE), Fortinet NSE4, Ruckus WiSE, NetApp NATSP/NSP, HPE ASE, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, and VMware VCA/VCP

Required Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in information technology.
Minimum 2 years of Windows Server, Exchange and LAN/WAN administration.
MSP experience strongly preferred but not required.
Experience in MS Active Directory configurations, maintenance and migrations.
Experience with network routing and switching configurations and storage solutions.

Other Requirements:

The employee must be able to sit, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders, and lift loads of 50 lbs.
Must submit to a background check, drug screen, possess a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
Compensation: $50,000 – 70,000 plus quarterly profit sharing & other bonuses

The Next Step:

Successful applicants will receive a 2 hour pre-employment test via email. This test covers Windows Active Directory, SQL Server Administration, VMware, and MS Exchange Service Administration skills testing along with a personality assessment.
